Upper Dublin (PA) Township Master Plan

Upper Dublin (PA) Township Master Plan

D’Huy Engineering, Inc. (DEI) has been providing Facilities Engineering, Design, and Project and Construction Management services to Upper Dublin Township for more than 15 years. Projects have ranged in magnitude and complexity between roof repairs and MEP replacements to multi-million dollar phased renovation and addition projects.

Recently, DEI completed Upper Dublin’s Municipal Campus Masterplan containing solutions, timeline and budgets necessary to guide the Township’s Municipal Campus growth in a direction that will meet the current and future needs of the facility and community.  DEI’s assessment involved 45 parks and recreation sites, police facility, administration facility, library, public works facility, parking and community meeting space as well as storm water systems necessary to develop facilities that will meet future demand and provide long term benefits to the community.

DEI has also provided design and construction phase services for three major new construction, renovation and addition projects including:

• Upper Dublin Burn Brae Firehouse Renovations ($1.6M)

• New Flood Retarding Structures ($15M)

• New Upper Dublin Washington Firehouse ($6.5M)

DEI was involved with these projects from the very beginning, working with the architects from the early conceptual design through the bidding phase to the construction and closeout phases.
