D’Huy Engineering implements collaborative web-based project management for many of its projects during the design and construction process. The system allows design consultants and the Owner to collaborate on-line during the design process, exchange information, discuss topics and create actions lists. Similarly during construction, our project managers collaborate with contractors during construction to process shop drawings, respond to questions and improve the efficiency of construction. The project database is available to all stakeholders with internet access and is archived to a CD at the end of the project for the Owner. This collaborative platform increases the quality and timeliness of communication and documentation and holds all stakeholders accountable and thereby improves and delivers project success. |
